Development of Wagon Condition-Based Maintenance System Based on Big Data Analysis-Services Platform

Abstract

With new type of wagons have been continuously put into operation and existing railway wagons have been finished the transformation, problems in the plan maintenance mode are increasingly prominent. Therefore, based on 4T systems and the combination of advanced prognostics and health management concepts, with existing railway information and monitoring system, this paper used big data technology to establish large data technology analysis services platform of wagon condition-based maintenance system, and the related data of railway wagon maintenance is deeply excavated. And it provides technical support for railway wagon condition-based maintenance.
