Vibration Failure Analysis and Vibration Reduction Scheme for Traction Converter Control Cabinet of Locomotive

Abstract


For the phenomenon of high failure rate of traction converter control cabinet, on-site vibration test and analysis were carried out, it proved that the vibration of control cabinet installed base was too large was the main cause of the high failure rate. On this basis, the vibration reduction solution of control cabinet was proposed; simulation analysis and loading test verification were carried out. The simulation results agree well with the loading test results, the vibration reduction solution of control cabinet has good vibration isolation effect and engineering practical value, so that it is of high popularization value.
