Application Method of HKS Intelligent Welding Monitoring System on CRH380 High Speed EMU Bogie

Abstract


This paper according to the characteristics and functions of WeldQAS V5 HKS intelligent welding monitoring system. In this paper, the technology and method of combining intelligent monitoring system with welding robot to create a monitoring program is analyzed in detail. At the same time, the use of some functions of V5 WeldQAS system is described, and the monitoring technology is applied to the automatic welding technology of the side beam of high speed EMU bogie, It reflects the rail passenger car industry's most advanced intelligent control of welding quality results. Through the data of welding monitoring records, to achieve the welding products and parameters of traceability, not only effectively control the process parameters, reduce labor intensity of workers, but also improve the quality of welding significantly. It pointed out that the intelligent welding monitoring technology is an effective method to improve the degree of welding automation and ensure the quality of welding.
