

Intelligent Remote Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis System
Abstract
This paper mainly discusses remote transmitting the rail vehicle data, which includes real-time data, fault and alarm information, maintenance records and so on, by 3G / GPRS, 4G, Beidou short message and many kinds of WLAN wireless transmission to a server on the ground. Meanwhile, it receives confirmation order, reply order and orders from the ground. This is the method realizing vehicle ground interaction. Through data acquisition, front-end processing, remote data transmission, ground integrated information processing system, data mining and diagnosis technology, this system provides the quality of the track vehicle data, which is the system diagnostic basis of a correct solution. It is possible to provide detailed data, fault prediction information and related reports of the quality of rail vehicles. The framework of health diagnosis system, design concepts and user interface, interpretation machine, knowledge base, reasoning machine, agenda, and the rule based expert diagnosis technology for the knowledge acquisition machine are all described in detail. Providing advanced platform methods for the realization of the prospective use of maintenance services, equipment life cycle cost reduction, the efficiency improvement of transport equipment, transport management improvement and other aspects.
