Study on Modal Parameters Identification of Proportional Body of High-speed Trains

WEI LI, RUI XI DANG

Abstract

In view of the high cost and long period of research on modal vehicle modal test, this paper proposes a research method for modal parameter identification of vehicle body structure through proportional vehicle body. The m+p VibPilot vibration test system was used for data acquisition and post-analysis processing. Based on the modal parameter recognition theory, the first three-order elastic modal parameters of the proportional car body were acquired using the Poly Max modal extraction method. The results show that the frequency of diamond, first-order vertical bending and firstorder transverse bending modes are 82.65Hz, 211.9Hz and 222.5Hz, respectively. The vibration characteristics of the proportional vehicle body are evaluated, which provides a basis for the optimal design of the car body structure.
