

Static Deformations of Annular Sectorial Plates with Material Inhomogeneity
Abstract
Based on the three-dimensional elastic theory and assuming the material properties having an arbitrary variation in the radial direction and having an exponent-law variation along the thickness, the static analysis of annular sectorial plates with simply supported radial edges and arbitrary circular edges is achieved by employing a semi-analytical method. A parametric study is carried out to show the effects on the static behavior of different variations of material properties along the thickness, radial direction and both directions, respectively.
