Research Progress of Anti-counterfeiting Based on Information Technology

Abstract


With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the improvement of anti-counterfeiting technology has become an inevitable choice under the current situation of increasing counterfeiting activities and people’ enhanced awareness towards anti-counterfeiting. Novel anti-counterfeiting technology will constantly develop towards intellectualization and popularization. Based on the research status all over the world, the paper summarized the research progress of anti-counterfeiting based on information technology and defined the basic concepts of information anti-counterfeiting technology. Then, the research progress of anti-counterfeiting based on information technology was introduced in detail according to the references. In particular, the information anti-counterfeiting mechanism and application cases combined with intelligent label, network communication technology and digital image processing technology were introduced emphatically. In addition, the basic principle of the radio frequency identification system combined with anti-counterfeiting was analyzed. The application research of internet and mobile terminal in anti-counterfeiting also were summarized. Finally, the information anti-counterfeiting application based on image processing was introduced, and the application field of information technology was expanded. With the rapid development of information technology, the application potential of information anti-counterfeiting is huge and the application prospect of information anti-counterfeiting in intelligent packaging is very considerable. The paper provides a powerful theoretical basis for promoting the development and application of information technology in anti-counterfeiting.
