Exploring the "Strength-based Education" and "Spirit of Craftsman" in the Accurate Training of Applied Undergraduates

Abstract


At present, undergraduate training education for applied undergraduates is not fully capable of discovering and cultivating students' specialties as their career direction, resulting in unclear employment goals, inaccurate personal positioning, and no precise training for superior jobs. Combining "Strength-based Education" and "Spirit of Craftsman", we explore the precise training of applied undergraduate students, and construct them from the advantages detection, combining the advantages of artisan spirit and the inheritance of advantages, and exploring and cultivating the students' superiority direction. And unite with the professional direction to improve students' professional ability, professional love, and career planning accuracy.
