Discussion on the Teaching Mode of Online Video Course for Mechanics

Nowadays, with the rapid development of network, the combination of online courses and traditional classrooms has become the trend of the times. In the traditional classroom, there are problems such as less teaching information, monotonous teaching methods, and resources cannot be shared. This paper is aimed at mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, focused on undergraduate teaching, taking the specialty course "Mechanical Manufacturing Technology" of Tongji University as an example, exploring an online video course based on "learning-oriented, teaching-imparting-new, short-to-long". The new teaching mode fully meets the students' needs for knowledge of practical engineering.
