The core of mixed teaching is to emphasize the integration of teacher's dominant role and student's principal position. Teacher leads the whole learning process in the mixed teaching process. According to students’ learning conditions, teacher provides individualized guidance, and urge students to accomplish the learning content as required. In this paper, the learning features are analyzed, and a hierarchical supervision model is designed according to the learning data in mixed teaching. The hierarchical supervision model provides a basis for teachers to guide students in individualized learning. The hierarchical supervision strategy has been applied in the course of “University Computer Foundation” in Jianghan University, which has achieved good results and can be extended to other courses.
