Research on Trust-based University-Enterprise Cooperation Model: Based on Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements

University-enterprise cooperation and docking is the effective way of transformation and upgrading of enterprises and it serves the society. This article analyses the reasons of low university achievement conversion rate, and proposes a perspective based on the dynamic evolution of trust, which based on the relationship between university-enterprise cooperation trust and the transfer of scientific and technological achievements. From the perspectives of multi-agents at the different levels of government, university, enterprise, and scientific and technological achievements transformation service organizations, the strategies of building a trust-based university-enterprise cooperation model based on promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements are proposed.
