Internet companies have flourished in China this year, and their contribution to China's economy is growing. However, there have also been many problems, such as frequent talent flow, frequent overtime, and high pressure, which has led many start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises to die prematurely. This paper shows that there are many ills in the management of human resources in China's Internet enterprises. This paper takes M enterprises as an example to study the stress management problems of Internet enterprises from the perspective of pressure. Through the design of questionnaires, in order to find out the influencing factors, the pressure management of Internet enterprises is proposed. Countermeasures.
