Analysis of Correlation between Reading and Writing from the Angle of Transfer

Abstract


In recent years, through theoretical research and practical analysis, the scholars in the West as well as in China find that reading and writing are two skills which are relative independent and at the same time depend on each other. Reading and writing depend on relative and correlative psychological process and isomorphic knowledge. They have the same structural components that one structure learned in either model can be transferred into another. Therefore, at a certain development, reading and writing can help to develop with each other through the same learning process.
