Abstract

Food, which is from raw materials to edible products, must go through the three stages of food production, processing and sales. The state must supervise every link, thus forming a chain of food safety supervision, the entire chain of food chains. Every aspect can be a hotbed of insecurity. In view of this, the incentives for food safety incidents under the supervision of multi-head segmentation are complex. Food safety risk factors are widely present in every small part of the food chain. The links are closely linked and interlocked. Therefore, it is necessary to disperse the food chain. All participants in different functions share responsibility for food safety.
