Exploration of Innovative & Applied Personnel Training Model Based on PAD Education

Abstract


The training of applied talents has become a hot topic of higher education under the background of economic globalization. This article outlined the core elements of Innovative & Applied Personnel, and summarize the problem existed in the training of applied talents. A new training mode basing on PAD education was explored by strengthening core literacy training, guiding students to construct knowledge independently, attaching importance to knowledge application and practice innovation, carry out formative assessment, and developing ability based on regional economic development. Through practice, the students' applied innovation ability has been greatly improved.
