Research on Methods to Reconstruct Culture for Chinese Global Enterprises

Abstract


From the localization to the globalization of Chinese enterprises, there are some new characteristics such as daily operation globalized, coverage of globalization, and diversification of employees. There has been a huge challenge to culture which is based on the local business environment. The global enterprises need to re-examine the original enterprise culture, to reconstruct new culture that can achieve global employee recognition. Through the research on some of Chinese pioneer multinational enterprises, the paper concludes that the new entries to international markets could construct new culture by seeking common points while reserving difference.
