Research on Total Factor Productivity and Industry Optimization of Jiangsu Industry Based on DEA Model

Abstract


This article has measured the total factor productivity of industrial environment and GML index of 35 industries in Jiangsu province from 2011 to 2015 based on SBM model with the sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and industrial soot emissions as unexpected output. Than the GML index is divided into pure technical efficiency change, scale efficiency change, pure technological change and scale technology change. The results show that: The scale effect plays a big role in the change of the total resource utilization efficiency of the industrial sector in Jiangsu province. The sample industries have too little investment in technology, and the contribution of technological progress to efficiency is too small.
