An Introduction of Experiential Learning Approach Applying to Physical Education Teacher Recruitment

Abstract


Recruitment is an initial step toward a competitive program. Traditional recruitment strategy focuses only on the spreading of information related to the program, but fails to build up a channel for mutual communication. To recruit appropriate applicants with required knowledge, skill, and disposition, more and more physical education teacher education (PETE) programs adopt experiential learning approach on open house day. This article introduced the prevalent recruitment strategy which is expected to promote current physical education in China.
