Model Constructed and Practiced for Innovative Talents Training in Higher Vocational College

Higher vocational college (HVC) is an important part of higher education. As the HVC’s research ability lower, so training innovative talents is a blank in HVCs, especially through scientific research and lack practical experience. Therefore, the original new mode of two vertical and four horizontal has been put forward based on wastewater treatment research and innovation team in theory. Constructed the model frame and expounded the implementation process in practice. The results showed that the model is adapted for cultivating inventive talents in higher vocational colleges. It contributes to the overall level of teachers and students different ways to enhance the education worthy of reference and promotion.
