Necessity Research of Moral Education in the Course “Customer Relationship Management”

Abstract


This article illustrates the importance of humanistic care by quoting two stories of "kindness is more important than cleverness". And demonstrates that customer care is the core of customer relationship; the "first kindness" will make customers satisfied; at the same time, from "customer satisfaction" to "customer loyalty", the role of "kindness" cannot be ignored. Come to the conclusion: in the customer relationship management course, it is necessary to embed moral education; it can greatly improve the practice efficiency of customer relationship management, improve customer loyalty, and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
