Analysis on Linguistic Features of China English and Its Implications for English Teaching

The globalization of English has caused the localization of native English and the concept of “China English” has been proposed. As a member of big English family, China English has attracted many scholars’ interest at home and aboard. The purpose of this article is to confirm the objective existence of China English and find out the implication for English teaching and learning by analyzing linguistic features of China English including features at the lexical level, the syntactic level and the discoursal level.
