Research on the Penetration Law of Jet to High-Speed Thick-Wall Ammunition

Abstract


An attack model of shaped charge warhead against attacking high-speed thick-wall ammunition is proposed in this paper. For the problem of shaped charge jets penetration high-speed moving target, through the analysis of the whole penetrating process between the shaped charge jet and the thick moving target, based on virtual origin theory. In order to verify the theoretical model, we designed three typical shaped charges, and LS-dyna finite element software was used to analyze the penetration process of jet penetrating thick-walled target at different velocities. The results show that the theoretical model established in this paper can accurately calculate the motion state of the jet element in each stage, thus obtaining the rule that the total
