Analysis on the Influence of the Resistance of a Projectile on the Pressure Distribution in the Gun

Abstract

In order to study reason of the barrel damage, one-dimensional two-phase flow trajectory model was used to study the pressure distribution law in the gun, to study the movement law of the projectile with different resistance in the bore and the pressure distribution. Effects on the tube strength and projectile strength are also studied, to provide a reference for the analysis of the cause of the barrel damage.
