Study on the Fatigue Life of Aluminum Honeycomb Floor for High Speed Train

Abstract


The forcing magnitude and variation of high-speed train's aluminum honeycomb floor under actual operating conditions determine the fatigue life of the floor. In this paper, based on the physical properties of aluminum honeycomb floor in different lifetime and different support span, the loading characteristics and physical performance evolution characteristics were tested and analyzed for high-speed train's aluminum honeycomb floor; And combined with the vibration characteristic under actual operating conditions of high-speed train and the real loading model of the aluminum honeycomb floor, the finite element simulation was used to analyze the dynamic stress of the floor structure under dynamic load in order to provide load conditions for the standard sample fatigue test; Finally, the fatigue performance of the floor structure in different loading level was tested and analyzed, the fatigue life curve of the common load ratio of the honeycomb sandwich structure was obtained to guide the overhaul and design of the high-speed train’s floor structure.
