Construction of Customer Relationship Management System for Small and Medium-sized Accounting Firms
Abstract
As a provider of professional services, the characteristics of small and medium-sized accounting firms is less business volume so that it must pay attention to customer relationship management in order to obtain sustainable development. Combined with their characteristics, this paper held that the elements of customer relationship management in small and medium - sized accounting firms are target, customer, personnel and process. Based on these elements, the paper constructed the customer relationship management system for small and medium-sized accounting firms from three time points of service.
