Managing Changing in Organizations

Abstract


This report begins with the background of a case about changing failure in Yokozuna Oil Company at Pyongyang airport station, where some wrong approaches in the change process. Then, the four tasks which focus on the main problems about managing change in this company were given following this case and we need analyze these current matters by reviewing some core literatures that we have learned and evaluating the status if this company with related theories. These tasks include finding the main reasons for organizational failures; identifying the managerial problems during the change process; discussing how to motivate employees and how to manage them with organizations and analyzing the causes of change and the types of change both from the external and internal perspective.
