Identification Study on Life Distribution Model of Machinery Product

Abstract


Reasonable life distribution model can reflect the true reliability level and give the specific reliability evaluation indexes of product, to accurately determine the life distribution model is the prerequisite for the study of product reliability. A new identification method of life distribution model named as graphic least square method is introduced for machinery products, and the principle and the application for this identification method are also presented in detail. This method is universal and be help to improve the accuracy of identification of life distribution model for mechanical product.
