Design of Roller Brake System for Special Carrier of Anti-Spraying Workover Equipment

Abstract


Aiming at the problems that roller brake system is difficult to control and the braking torque is deficient for blowout prevention equipment, a new type belt conveyor roller braking system is designed. Then a hydraulic dynamic simulation method is introduced to analyze the dynamic stiffness of hydraulic cylinder on workover rig. In order to improve the performance of drum brake system, a pneumatic disc clutch, pneumatic auxiliary disc brake, and circle of pneumatic crash-proof crown system are assembled in the blowout prevention equipment rig. Besides, the brake method of drum brake drum brake and the balance adjustment method are proposed according to the characteristics of the low temperature workover rig. The proposed method can effectively improve the security and stability of workover rig roller brake system, which is of great significance for the oil field enterprises on safety production and economic performance.
