Abstract


With the popularity of mobile phone, mobile phone of the students in Higher Vocational Colleges rely more and more prominent, seriously affecting the college students' physical and mental health of students in higher vocational colleges, aggravating the economic burden of the family, and at the same time, the adverse impact on the style of study in colleges and universities. The reasons for mobile phone dependence of higher vocational college students are various, which requires the society, schools, families and students to work together to minimize the risk of mobile phone dependence.
